So I read on BBC News that a certain Tesco store has denied customers the freedom to wear whatever the hell they want. I personally don't give a shit what my fellow Tescothians are sporting when I'm walking around the shop at 3 in the morning. Anyone who has been to a 24hr Tesco late at night knows that it's basically like shooting a scene for I Am Legend - A few zombies here and there but you're pretty much alone.
The article states that this particular Tesco is against people coming in barefooted or dressed in 'nightwear'. Problem is nightwear means different things to different people. Plenty of people wear PJ bottoms as daywear if they're just lounging about the house on a Sunday. I can't see that much wrong with this myself. As long as people aren't sticking celery sticks in between their toes and brushing up against me wearing their tighty whities, who cares?
"Mary, there's a guy behind you with no shoes on! Just drop the milk and let's get the fuck outta here! I think it can smell our fear!"

Ridiculous.
I was just about to write a blog on this myself!!! It's so stupid isn't it.. what kind of wally would you have to be to be offended by someone walking around in their pjs????
